This Privacy Policy explains how PrepYodha ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use prepyodha.in and our practice tools (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• If you only use the free practice: we may collect minimal, non-identifying data such as your device/browser type, approximate region, pages visited and questions attempted — used to keep the Service working and improve it.
• If you create an account or buy Pro: your name, email address, and optionally a phone number.
• Payment information: processed securely by our payment gateway (Razorpay). We do not store your card, UPI or bank details on our servers.
• Usage & performance data: your practice history, scores and progress, so we can show your analytics and improve recommendations.
• Cookies & analytics: we may use cookies and tools such as analytics services to understand usage. You can disable cookies in your browser.

2. How we use your information

• To provide and operate the practice and mock features.
• To manage your account, subscription and payments.
• To show your performance reports and personalise practice.
• To send important service messages (and, only if you opt in, updates).
• To detect misuse, fraud or abuse and to comply with the law.

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run PrepYodha, under appropriate safeguards, including:

• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Our hosting provider — to store and serve the website.
• Analytics/communication tools — to operate and improve the Service.
• Authorities — where required by applicable law.

4. Data retention

We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account data (see Section 6).

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

You may request to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing support@prepyodha.in. We will respond within a reasonable time as required by applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

7. Children

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and above. Paid features require users to be 18 or older (or to have a parent/guardian transact on their behalf). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes, and continued use of the Service means you accept the updated policy.
