Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of prepyodha.in and its practice tools (the "Service"), operated by PrepYodha (a Sole Proprietorship, operated by Devansh Bhadreshbhai Shah). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the free Service, and at least 18 (or have a parent/guardian act for you) to purchase a paid subscription.
2. The Service
PrepYodha provides practice multiple-choice questions, mock tests and related study tools for competitive exam preparation. We offer a free tier and an optional paid "Pro" subscription with additional features.
3. Pro purchase & billing
- Pro is a one-time payment for a fixed access period. Every plan unlocks all exams and differs only by duration; the current prices and validities are shown on the Plans page and again at checkout before you pay.
- There is no auto-renewal — you are charged once for the period you choose and are never billed automatically. Access ends when the period lapses; to continue you buy a new plan.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking).
- Prices may change with prior notice; a change won't affect a purchase you have already made.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, resell or redistribute our questions, explanations or content;
- share, resell or transfer your account or Pro access to others;
- attempt to disrupt, hack or misuse the Service;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Service — including questions, explanations, design, logo and branding — is owned by or licensed to PrepYodha and is protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use it for your own exam preparation only.
6. No guarantee
PrepYodha is a practice aid. While we work hard on quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of every question or explanation, and we do not guarantee any particular exam result, score or selection. Always cross-check with official sources.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrepYodha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
